Rhett Asher is currently Senior vice President, Partnership Development with ALTO USA and is a seasoned professional with over twenty-five years of experience providing exemplary leadership in the fields of retail, operations, marketing, business development and trade associations.

Asher has previously served as the VP, Strategy for ThinkLP, Director of Business Development for CONTROLTEK, USA and was Vice President of several national industry trade associations, such as RILA, NRF and FMI.

With these associations, he organized and launched national educational conferences, leadership councils & strategic partnerships to connect industry leaders, develop industry resources & training materials, as well as key industry partnerships. He also co-founded the non-profit Loss Prevention Foundation to create a robust industry certification for loss prevention professionals.

Asher has served on both the Commercial Facilities Sector Coordinating Council and the Food and Agriculture Sector Coordinating Council for the Department of Homeland Security. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee for the National Association for Shoplifting Prevention and part of the Advisory Board for the Loss Prevention Research Council.
